Moderna Boutique Store Policies
Our Layaway plan allows you to reserve your favorite articles with a down payment of 25% of the applicable price. There is a 45 day grace period to finish paying the remaining balance on the articles. Once paid off, the articles will be received within 3- 5 days. If you do not pay 75% on or before 45 days your layaway will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund for non-compliance.
SALE items CLEARANCE
All Discounted Items, articles in ‘Sale’, etc. purchases are final. There will be no refund, exchange or return as are sales are final on these items.
Face mask, Swim Sets or pieces on SALE will have no change (Final Sale).
Moderna Boutique does not accept returns in any items.
Moderna Boutique Only accept exchange Items in regular price for only the same item in other size. We will not refund money.
If you need to exchange an article, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will authorize the change to comply with our exchange policy. Once we authorize the change, send your item on or before 3 days received the items. We don’t accept exchange after this period. We check the tracking number.
No Exchange will be accepted after the 3-day period has passed.
The change request must be approved by the store. If you ship without authorization, we will not accept parts and it will be your responsibility to retrieve them.
Upon approval of your exchange request, you will be instructed to submit. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. You must send the pieces immediately and prove with the receipt of the mail that it was sent and to the correct address.
To be eligible for exchange, the article must be unused, in the same condition it was received, in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase by Moderna Boutique.
Shipping costs will be paid by the customer. As soon as we receive the clothes, we will contact you to pay the shipping costs so we can send you the change

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not refund money for any other reason. Only if you order items out of stock that the website does not recognize and by mistake appear available in your checkout. Only if you buy items out of stock. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow a term of 14 days for the credit to be reflected on your account. Please be advised that the 14 day period of credit reflection in your original payment account will vary depending on your Bank or Credit Card Company.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund by the period stated we recommend to check with your Bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is reflected in your account. This process takes some time so we appreciate your patience in this regard.
If the 30 days pass, you have contacted your respective Bank or Credit Card Company and you have not received and approved refund please contact us at email@example.com.
Once you make the payment, we will process your purchase and it will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs for return items are the solely responsibility of the purchaser. If a refund is granted, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please be advice that the time of delivery will always depend on your shipping address as delivery times vary depending location.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service and / or shipping insurance for returns and exchanges. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
